Last swim before my triathlon Sunday, testing out my race day equipment; #swimbikerun
Smashed out a 1500m felt super strong and amazing today (maybe those rest days played a part 💪🏼) but it honestly felt amazing & I got my 750m down to 16 minute where I normally do it in around 18 minutes 🏊🏼♀️
Now back home baked up some oats #bakedoatsbytay my favourite post swim breakfast!!
Cinnamon, sultanas, raw cocoa powder, banana & COVERED in @manilife_ original peanut butter 🍽☕️💪🏼👩🏼🍳🏊🏼♀️🚴🏼♀️🏃🏼♀️
