I tackled down the same workout than last Friday, as I am following LIIFT4 calendar. And I can tell that I had extra carb yesterday because, dude, I was able to lift heavy. Those are the reps of rotating chest press. Last week, I dropped the weights down to 15lbs half way through the second set, this week I went all the way till the end with the 20lb set. Yep I was yelling by the end, but it got done!
I am 100% excited for this program! I can’t wait to see the progress I’ll make throughout!!!
