I had a good laugh when I saw my headband trying to make a run for it 🤣 after my workout! What is all of that fabric for anyway?!

So it’s been about two months since I have had a perfect, 💯, clean eating day...SO HAPPY that I did today and I wasn’t even mad about it lol

I have learned that I give food too much power. I let it control my emotions. I get so mad sometimes when I can’t have something instead of just being happy for passing up crap and caring what I put in my body.

This program came along just in time to really get me back on track as I have been struggling most of the summer!
.
.
And look at all the food I still get even in the lower meal plan 🤗
1. Caffe late shake with MCT oil for breakfast
2. AM Snack is a veggie fruit and half of a protein (edamame)
3. Lunch is spaghetti squash with a black bean burger. 1/2 the amount of cheese I’m allowed with a fruit and 1/2 amount of seeds I’m allowed
4. PM Snack is cottage cheese with a spoon tip of crushed pineapple
5. My post workout recovery shake
6. Dinner was turkey tacos. 1/2 the amt of cheese, 1/2 the amt of olives. .
