just noticed that ya girl hasn't posted a transformation photo since march 🙇🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️
I think one of the main reasons why is because you can't really capture mental progress through a photo.
the typical transformation post involves the word "balance" being thrown around more than a few thousand times lol- but let's get real, balance means something different for everyone.
for me, I've learned that my body was worthy in the picture on the left and that my body is worthy the way it is right now. I was borderline starving myself in the picture on the left to be at 100lbs, and now I'm 140lbs+. A number on a scale doesn't matter. Peoples opinions don't matter. FOOD matters. HEALTH matters. YOUR SANITY matters.
I love lifting, I truly do, but having a love for fitness doesn't mean you need to limit yourself of living life and being tied down to the weight room or to the treadmill.
