So this week I'm hoping to get my authorization for Loma Linda, so I can finally figure out a long term solution for my issues(or any solutions for that matter ๐Ÿ˜ฉ). That way I never have to wear this stupid brace again! Even if I do though, it'd be nice to know what's really been going on. ๐Ÿคž .

Pre vs post holiday shapes... less abs more ass ๐Ÿ˜ I mean it when I say I went ALL OUT the last few weeks. I trained a handful of times and enjoyed myself eating whatever I wanted. I needed it. Don't be afraid to take a break when you need it... weight gain is so easily reversible that it makes more sense to have fun on holiday when you can. That being said.. always be mindful!

4 weeks out natty back. ๐Ÿ’กMind/Muscle connection!! Use a form that allows you to target the muscle you are training. Develop the ability to fully contract and stretch the targeted muscle. I have always judged a movements effectiveness for myself based on the pump I get from it. I could care less about how naturally strong I am at any exercise. If it doesn't pump up the muscle I am training, I won't use it. Once you get your form down, go as heavy as you can. You won't grow from just using light weight.๐Ÿ’ก
