Today I got back in the actually gym and not just on a spin bike to finally get started on the @brookeence naked program... check it out if you haven’t already!!!.... and after just day one I needed to have a long sit down and get my shit together 😂 Thanks @schwarzenegger .

It was so nice to get some actual weights in my hand and see what my body can still do and it didn’t let me down... it was tough, and I gritted my teeth through a lot of it but I did it and boy does it feel good! .

Plus isn’t this some awesome artwork 😍 I want a chalk wall in my house and obviously I want all of my fav and most inspirational figures on there to spur me on!!

You just need to START!! I also consult/work with every day people so I know what you struggle with, “haven’t got time?”...try doing just 2 MINUTES of burpees or jump squats as fast as you can! TWO MINUTES, if you haven’t got 2 minutes spare of your day then you need to address some things!! 😱
