These balls are made of hindbeh (traditional way), and that quinoa veg bake from the previous post, which he refused to even taste. Blended the hindbeh with onions & all, added the quinoa veg, an egg & some breadcrumbs. Rolled into balls, and baked until golden. Served with an avocado olive oil dip.
