✨ YOU’VE GOTTA WORK FOR IT✨ So stop wishing and start doing!
Day 4 of #80dayobsession is in the books. Today’s workout was AAA which means we worked our Arms, Abs, & A$$! I’m sore and it took me a bit to muster up the mojo to make it happen this morning like I mentioned. Then I gave myself a bit of a pep talk that included reminding myself that if want it I gotta do it!
So I made the short commute downstairs, tightened my top knot, busted out my weights, strength slides, & bands and pressed play!
I recorded 2 moves from each area focus to share but there were MANY more! 2 sets of 15 reps, focusing on the negative with each move. Yes, I added a 20lb sandbag on the glute bridges cuz that’s how I roll. And yes, my form kinda blows on my pushups, I struggle with shoulder flexibility. That said, I had a preconceived notion that I would be on my knees by #8...but...I managed all 15 on my toes for both sets. Boom! 👊🏼 Do the work, friends!!!! Surprise the shit out of yourself.
