Sharing another workout..
Day 3.

Posting on here to help keep me motivated to stay on top of the workouts and make sure I get it done. Being a stay at home momma can make me feel like I've got all day to get it done, but a lot of times I cant find the time, so making sure I make time as soon as possible is a game changer.
I encourage you if you find it hard to make a start, to just start where you are, and do a little workout for 15-20 minutes. That's all it takes to start seeing a difference in your outlook to working out. Make it fun and add different kinds of workouts to switch it up.

Day #2
It was 5:30 PM before I could work out, but I got it done.
3 rounds (videos done on the 3rd round).
I am working on my grip strength, and that's why I used those round weights.

My legs are a bit sore from yesterday's workout, which is good. Cant wait to add some running to my workouts.

Kunne lige nå at klemme lidt dødløft ind imellem lægebesøg, hentning og kørsel til dramaundervisning 💪 lidt under 40 minutter tog det all inclusive 😊

Toast laget av koppebrød og krydra med provence 💖

Koppebrød
1 ts smeltet smør
1 egg
3 ss mandelmel
1/2 ts bakepulver
1/2 ts sesamfrø
Bland sammen smør og egg først, deretter mandelmel og bakepulver. Sett koppen i mikro i 90 sekunder på høy varme. Bruk en stor kopp siden brødet hever godt.

Blessed for my 2 minutes to wash my face and apply Eye brightner and Eyecream before I had to show my Exhausted self to the office to sign him in late......OH Yah!! Especially in my fitness and health journey.
It’s 100% up to me what I do with it. I am my own competition. I pick my own goals and it’s up to me to get there.
But it’s applicable to all aspects of life. My marriage is what I make of it. My every day is what I make of it. My attitude is what I make of it. You get to decide you, and take 100% responsibility.

Video af de 3 x 60 kg ☺️ Efter et stævne er der normalt lidt ‘fri leg’ og det benyttede jeg mig af og ville prøve at se om jeg kunne få, hvad man kalder en volume-pr - før hed den 2 x 60, nu hedder den så 3 x 60 - en dag bliver det til flere ☺️ Det ‘sjove’ ved bænkpres er, at man kan reppe med noget, der er meget tæt på ens max - og maxet kan man knap nok få op. Så for at arbejde med det mentale aspekt skal jeg øve mig mere på de tungere løft fremover, så jeg bliver mere stabil og sikker i dem.

Oldemors torskegryte 😍

Ingredienser:
850 gram torskefilet uten skinn og ben
1 ts salt
1 purre
1/4 rød paprika
2 ss olje
2 dl matfløte
1 terning fiskebuljong
2 dl kokosmelk
1 ss rød curry paste

Tilbehør etter ønske, for eksempel ris. Til lavkarbo spiser jeg denne uten noe tilbehør.

Fremgangsmåte:
1. Skjær torsk i serveringsstykker og dryss over salt.
2. Skjær purre og paprika i biter, stek i rapsolje i stekepannen til purren er myk.
3. Ha i matfløte, smuldre fiskebuljongterning over, rør forsiktig og kok opp.
4. Rør inn kokosmelk og currypaste, kok opp.
5. Legg torskestykkene oppi pannen, legg gjerne på lokk om du har det. 
6. Retten er ferdig når fisken har lagt i ca 10 minutter.

Det her er mig. Imellem to løft til Sjællandsmesterskabet i bænkpres. På det her tidspunkt havde jeg vundet guldet og min eneste modstander kunne ikke nå mig. Men jeg manglede stadig at vinde over mig selv. Rykke mig. Komme videre. For mig selv. Det gjorde jeg efter dette billede og det gør, at den medalje, jeg fik med hjem i søndags, allerede er min yndlings! Barren blev rykket et hak opad og jeg synes faktisk, at det er sejt, at jeg gør det her. Jeg er ikke den fødte atlet, jeg har ikke altid trænet. Jeg har været tyk - flere gange og helt tynd bliver jeg ikke i det her liv aka #curvygirl - født 4 børn, gået igennem skilsmisse og livet - som jo for helvede ikke altid er sjovt. Men jeg GØR noget og jeg har fundet noget, som jeg både føler gør mig selv glad og til en bedre version af mig selv og som jeg også føler kan motivere andre. Kvinder, mødre, folk der ikke er toptrimmede eller som aldrig har trænet før - hvis du ikke har prøvet, kan det være, at du er god til det! Det kan være, du er sygt god til at squatte eller kan noget vildt smidigt med din skulder - du finder kun ud af det, hvis du prøver! Så find din ting - det der gør dig glad og giver dig drive. Happy Monday! I am planning on doing the #lgfallchallenge but won’t be starting for a couple of days. PRO MOM TIP... so I fail daily as a mom. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I yell 😱 lose my cool 😤 make mistakes ✖️have to ask forgiveness 💔 and start over... not the next day but the next moment. And not just as a mom, but as a wife and daughter of the King.

And through all that, and my 11 years as a mother, I’ve learned you have to be spontaneous and just do things sometimes, even if it’s been an iffy day. Luckily, I am a more spontaneous person anyhow but the longer I’ve been a mother the more, somewhat planned I like to be, however, yesterday after church, we decided to spontaneously go to the fair 🎡🎠 even in a drizzly ☔️rainy day, and you know WHAT?!? Fun and family memories were made. 💚

Got my meals planned for the next two weeks! These will be for lunch and also some dinners where I don’t eat the same as my family. Most of these will make 2 meals worth.
