{new} Almond Butter Chocolate Chip Bananas 🍫🍌❤
{Snacktime + Chocolate PB cravings solved!
These are SUPER FUN for kids to make}

Makes 2 servings
Ingredients:
1 banana, sliced in half lengthwise
4 Tbsps almond butter, or peanut butter
2 Tbsps chocolate chips, I love Lily's brand ( Cleanfoodcrush.com/lilys )
2 Tbsps chopped raw almonds, peanuts, or walnuts (optional)
2 Tbsps golden raisins (optional)

Instructions:
Spread nut butter evenly on sliced banana.
Sprinkle with additional toppings of choice.

Transformation Tuesday doesn’t always have to be about physical transformations. When you seriously take on a major lifestyle change, inner transformations happen as well. The way I see weight loss and health/fitness is SO much different now than it was for the first 28 years of my life.

While my goals haven’t changed, my mindset has. Keeping in mind this is a way of life, a means to live healthy, and teach my family the same. Weight loss and physical goals will come as long as you stay the course. Never give up on the physical goals just because it may take longer for you (where my other hypothyroid ladies at?!? 🙋🏼‍♀️) The mindset is where the success is.

This ☝🏼 is @alexia_clark EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Thought today’s upper body was going to be pretty easy and thought I might sneak in C3 at a paltry 9 minutes. Nope. At 35 minutes I was only one round deep into C2 so I set my timer to 45:15 for 12 mins and did a mash up of the exercises in C2 and C3 and had me feeling like my 3kg dumbbells were hiding some extra lead somewhere. Couldn’t even lift my arms up for a flex. So you get to see my awesome bra instead 🤗

Other than tattoos, from the outside, I really don’t look much different in these pictures. But, it’s really more about what I FEEL on the inside that counts.🤗 ...
That girl on the left might be smiling in that swimsuit, but inside she was screaming. Screaming because I didn’t feel comfortable or confident in my own skin. You might look at me and say, why not?! You look fine! But my insecurities stemmed from knowing that even though I might look fine on the outside, I had zero self love, I obsessed over food and calorie intake, and felt I needed to be “skinny”.🙄

This person you see today, this girl always filling your feed with fitness posts and positivity, she didn’t just show up overnight. These pictures are about 10 years apart and it has only been in the last 3 years that I have been able to grow into this girl you see today.👋

Yeah, I’m not perfect. Yeah, I could be leaner, I could be stronger, I could be a lot of things. But, no matter what I am, I’m able to look at this girl in the mirror and have love for her. And even more, I’m able to look back on that girl from 10 years ago and have love for her too. Because without her, without the struggles she went through, I might never have ended up where I am today, living my life by design helping others to just feel GOOD in their bodies.😍

Day9/30... Sooooo, didnt do my workout this morning. Got up late. Got home and i had no energy at all to do it but i drank my liquid gold and press play. Its not easy getting up everyday, work 8hours, take care of the kids and then doing workout but u do what u have to do to get to the place where u want to be. Success comes from hardwork. Did my workout and i feel great.

Today was an easy leg day. Went way down in weights. Worked mostly glutes with ankle weights and added some calves and a little quads. Next week I will get back to hardcore legs, but with race day quickly approaching this weekend I am not willing to be sore even a little. I’m so excited! 5 more days!
