15 pounds, a pant size, and 3 weeks difference between these 2 pictures. 😳 But there's also in increased confidence and energy levels, and overall just feeling better that you can't see. 😏
I've maintained that loss sticking about 80/20 to Whole30 and I've decided to make June a WholeJune and start a group on 6/1 to go through the month! 🤗
You don't have to have the books. The website provides a TON of info and I will provide the rest (including recipes and meal plans 💁🏻 #duh) But I will be opening a group up THIS weekend to start prepping for 6/1!
