When you question your motivation, find your why. 👩👦👦 . . I work out at home so I can hopefully set an example for my boys. It’s easy to feel guilty because you’re taking time for yourself but I’d rather spend that time showing my kids that living a healthy lifestyle is fun, exciting and makes you happy. My boys were too young to remember how I was before I started this journey and honestly sometimes I’m thankful that they were too little to remember but other times it would have been cool to have them see the full transformation. Luckily technology will allow me to show them as they grow. For now they get to see me sweat, they get to see me work hard and best of all they get to join me when ever they feel like it. My mood has changed so much from last year and I know they notice that I’m a happier mom. We as parents have an affect on their future and I’ll do my best to bring positivity to it. Stretching before and after a workout is just as important as the actual workout itself! 25 minutes of pure cardio this morning and stretching afterwards was much needed for these muscles at 5:30am! Here’s to another day of putting myself at the top of my priority list, because I’m worth it 💕 What have you done for yourself today that your future self will be proud of?!
The only bad workout is the one you didn’t do 🙌🏻 A 5am workout was a struggle this morning! I wanted to push my workout until nap time today, but Travis assured me that I’d feel so much better just getting it done bright and early, so I pressed play and he was right, so glad I did! There’s no better feeling than feeling accomplished and proud 🤩 Thanks babe for always being my biggest fan 💕
