I’m a recovering breakfast skipper🤭
Until I fell in love with Shakeology a few years ago, I skipped breakfast for years.
I didn’t think I needed the calories and most days I was too lazy to even attempt to make something.
Shakeology changed that for me.
It was easy and freaking delicious and gave my metabolism the boost it needed to get on track.
It turns out you actually need to consume calories to allow your body to burn them!!!
The one thing I didn’t get on board with until this year was eating before I workout.
I still didn’t trust that process and I didn’t believe my body needed food before a workout.
Sheesh, I was WRONG!
Lifting heavy and focusing on intense workouts without the proper fuel left me miserable and weak post workout.
So I started drinking my shakes before my workout and adding these genius little oatmeal muffins to my routine.
They’re easy, delicious and I can make a ton of them in advance and pop them in the freezer.
PS - they’re toddler approved🙌🙌🙌
