10:00pm...10 hour work day...tired and not one bit motivated. In fact I'm rarely motivated. Sometimes I don't even know what gets me to the gym. I just move my ass and make myself get there. I slack more than I like to sometimes but I remember how I feel when I feel myself slipping and I can't handle that feeling. Remember you have only so many days in your life to make yourself better. Motivated or not, the clock keeps ticking and it's your choice to make good choices for yourself.
