10:00pm...10 hour work day...tired and not one bit motivated. In fact I'm rarely motivated. Sometimes I don't even know what gets me to the gym. I just move my ass and make myself get there. I slack more than I like to sometimes but I remember how I feel when I feel myself slipping and I can't handle that feeling. Remember you have only so many days in your life to make yourself better. Motivated or not, the clock keeps ticking and it's your choice to make good choices for yourself.

Be bold * be courageous * be yourself

The gym gives me plenty of time for reflection. Tonight I contemplated a lot of things... I'm here to say that we need to take the step and do or say the things that scare us most. They may not workout in our favor but atleast we can say we tried.. don't hold back because you think there should be a timeline. The timeline is our life and we don't have a lot of it so do it now.
Make amends with someone you haven't talked to in a while. Apologize for something you have waited to. Tell someone how you really feel. Just do it now.
