That was the lesson it took me soooo long to learn on this network marketing journey of mine. Even when it became wildly successful. It’s the reason I only dipped my toe in or didn’t run full out or slinked away and even stepped off when I was in the flow. I was too damn worried about what everyone else thought of me.
What if I failed and they laughed?!
What if they were judging me for doing one of “those things” .
What if they say I changed?.

So allow me to reintroduce myself. My name is Jessica and I’m badass in many areas of my life. I’m into self empowerment, self development, freedom and a self care junkie wrapped in one and I may expect you to do it as friend too. I love to network and connect with people but I’m an introvert at the same time. I’m an empath and I feel vibrations and energies all around me. I’m a mom of three crazy kiddos. I’m a recovering perfectionist who divorced and found the love of her life. I adore CrossFit and lifting a barbell. My life has done a complete 180 within five years and I’m forever blessed. Network marketing was my answer and I know there are so many more needing this answer. Completely BOMBED the cleans!!! When I missed rep 2 I knew it was not going to go well!! Practice didn’t go like that 😳 showed everyone what not to do with those hips 🤦‍♀️ #mutedhips it was the only way I was getting under the bar at that moment #wasitryingtolimbo. For the people commented that I should have been in intermediate level, I really showed them live 🤣😂 I am ridiculously knowledgeable about this stuff and form is good with light weights but this was pushing it for me and the last two rounds of cleans in the next level were out of my reach when rested. Regardless, super happy with today, had a blast, my partner worked her ass off, and pushed ourselves more than we do any day of the week! Usually in the gym, if tired my mentality is “whatever, I’m almost 40yrs old, I’m tired, not competing with anyone, I’ll rest right now”, skipped those extra rests today. I could say "I'm working on my weaknesses" but really, I'm just working because I'm not good at much these days.

I'm slowly trying to rebuild my deadlift. Here with a deficit deadlift at 210lbs. Please ignore the #powerpouch aka #fatbelly
Followed by a rack pull at 260lbs

For the squat, i did 6*3 down, up 1/4, down again and up at 140lbs. Which would have been lovely if I hadn't screwed myself over by doing this one afterwards:
20 min AMRAP
3 STRICT PULL UPS
6 DEFICIT PUSH UPS
9 BACK SQUATS AT 95LBS

it's light, you may say...but 14 rounds later, I'm left with #doms for days. I'm still walking funny 4 days later.

Last video is another #handstand tekker: moving a light object from one side to the other. It's much harder than it sounds.
