Perk of at-home exercise: well, there are many!!! 👍🏼 Top of the list for today . . . . not having to leave the house in a snow storm! ❄️❄️❄️ This gym (in my basement) is ALWAYS open!
With streaming access to ALL my workouts, I can workout ANY time (open 24/7). Besides not having to brave the cold, not having to wipe down all the equipment, not being afraid of looking silly, not having to drag my kids with me or paying for the daycare center, not having to get there early to score a spot in the group classes, not having to wait for someone to be done with a machine or weight. . . . should I keep going?! 🤭
Oh, I can also have my own dance party 💃in the middle of a workout session if a good song comes on (or belt out the tunes 🎶 w/o fear of anyone hearing me!) 😉
