Every morning, my go to is my 3 simple steps to get my morning going.
I suffer from chronic nausea, holding down my food has been a regular part of my day since I was 16.
Mornings are the WORST.
I often can't get up or eat.
Mornings before Thrive, I let my son "wake up" until he was yelling for us to come get him.
I would heat up his milk, I had no energy for food. Or focus.
I would set him in his bouncer and lay down on the couch for almost an extra hour before I HAD to get up.
Then began the battle to eat.
Fast forward to today, 11 months Thriving.
Mornings are now my favorite part of my day.
It's my "me time" before my son wakes up,
It's my time with just my son and I, before daddy gets up.
It's my time.
I don't struggle getting up every morning, I just take my two capsules before my feet hit the floor, and within 10 minutes I am awake and alert and ready for our day 🤗
