after an unplanned AND a planned rest day, I was excited to get a workout in today! i'm into week two of a new old program and having a blast! I was definitely stuck in a cycle of putting too much pressure on myself to make something work. i think we need to challenge our limits FOR SURE....but I also think many times life is more about finding what makes you happy. it's crazy but i found my happy with my workouts again and it's an awesome feeling!
