Day 1/21 decided to do my soulmate workout again.
When I first started my Beachbody fitness journey, I started with 21 day fix extreme and lost all the weight I was struggling to lose and I have maintained it off.
I haven't done weights in over a month so I had to modify a bit. I'm feeling the difference. I have shocked my body which is a good sign.
If we want results we got to stop making excuses. Work for the body you want!💪🏼
