One of my favorite #vsxsports BUTT workout with @doutzen : ONE LEG SQUAT. Lift the toe up, bend the knee of the other leg. The deeper you make that squat, the deeper it works into the muscles. You can go deep or shallow - whatever you need ;) #workoutwithbee

Planks - work all the muscles you need to maintain proper posture, like your back, chest, shoulders, abs, and neck. To test and strengthen your balance, try a basic plank with a leg raised. Hold for 10 secs then switch leg. Do not let your hips sag. Let's do this at home, ladies! πŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺ #workoutwithbee

Day 1/21 decided to do my soulmate workout again.

When I first started my Beachbody fitness journey, I started with 21 day fix extreme and lost all the weight I was struggling to lose and I have maintained it off.
.
I haven't done weights in over a month so I had to modify a bit. I'm feeling the difference. I have shocked my body which is a good sign.
.
If we want results we got to stop making excuses. Work for the body you want!πŸ’ͺ🏼

It's not about "Having Time, it's about "Making Time". With 7 min effective Tabata workout at home while looking after this 5yo kiddo, I still get the result, and keep doing it persistently everyday. Come on mommies!
