Vacation was a BLAST!!! Vegas was amazing and I'm pretty sure I ate my way through the town as best I could. The hubs loved the trip too and we were both so thankful to spend time just as husband and wife. Back at it and ready to hit my workouts hard and lose these 3 lbs I put on.

The hardest part about this hip pain is to know if I can keep running or not. It was beautiful weather this morning so I went on an easy run with a friend. Hip pain was there, but didn't get worse while running nor do I feel extra sore now. So I guess, it was OK! Streamed a 25 minute strength workout in our basement 💪🏻 ...then moved my gym upstairs for 12 minute Core routine. .
✅ Day 4/21! 👊🏻Feels GREAT to have that knocked out before my lil helper wakes up!! 😁

I used to always throw out the excuses that I had no time and no extra money to commit to a workout routine.😦 I also always dreaded stepping foot in a smelly gym filled with intimidating people. (Germaphobe & Introvert struggles!!)😷🙈

2 years after getting out of my own stubborn way and trying a new approach at living a healthy lifestyle by following workout AND nutrition programs that you can do anywhere, anytime...It's crazy for me to say that taking a rest day is MORE of a challenge than actually pushing Play and completing a workout!! .
If I can do this and stay consistent, by plugging into the power of prayer and accountability and using tools that actually work in a balanced way that you can maintain for life...You CAN do this too!!! 🙌🏻❤ You achieve what you believe.

Day 4/80

You ever get so overwhelmed with your life that you forget to do the most important things for yourself? I know, it's so hard to get at least 30 minutes of exercise every day. Especially when you already have a full packed day. Although, I have learned that if you make the time for it your day usually goes a little better. Well at least for me. When I first started getting in some physical activity in my day I did it when my girl napped. Then I had to go back to work and I didn't want to stop so I made myself turn into a morning person to get it done because I knew I wouldn't have any other time to do it.
The point that I'm getting at is, it is important to take care of yourself first. Dont put your health on the back burner. If you're not taking care of yourself you're going to burn out eventually.
Here is some good news!!! Something new is almost here. What if I told you that you could get tools to help you take care of yourself without exercising? Begin to take control of what goes in your mouth and feel satisfied. Although, exercising is great for you and it wouldn't hurt to add some into your day as a little extra credit. But for those of you that think you dont have time to add exercise into your life this is the perfect opportunity to get started on a little bit of self-care for yourself!

Pretty much a top ten day for the kids and me.
This morning I came downstairs after getting ready and expected the girls to be about done with their waffles with butter. They were already dressed and ready to go and I noticed a gleam to Paisley. Turns out, Jak wanted to help his sisters and gave them about 6 cups each of maple syrup...😭
All three of us had to bath and shower to look presentable to society

Tonight when we got home from daycare and work, Liv managed to slam her own thumb in the sliding door. She got cuddles most of the evening and the other two kiddos were so helpful! Paisley kissed her about every five minutes-even though Liv repeatedly denied the kisses. Jak continually told her it would get better, gave her snacks, and told her a couple times she wasn’t going to die. 🤣

We all made it through the day and now I’m starting to think we could make it through just about anything after today❤️
