Being a #mom is #hardwork 🙃 us #mommas need to take care of ourselves so we can take the best care of our babies. (Both physically and spiritually....because we definitely need both to survive 🙌) 😱I'm honestly overwhelmed by the amount of people around me that NEED what I have, but don't know it.
I encounter people all the time, and overhear them talking about being #exhausted 😩, not sleeping well😴, needing coffee☕️, #energy drinks💥, or soda, being #anxious or feeling #hopeless 😰, craving junk, and feeling run down🤧. Some are getting bad news😢👎🏻 on their lab work 📉💉after their annual doctor😷 visit and being put on even more #medications 💊...which unfortunately (most of the time) just mask the problem instead of getting to ROOT of the issue.. (Ever been on one med and then put on two more for the 'side effects' of the first one!) 🤦🏻♀️ The problem is that we don't VALUE our #health until we become too #sick to ignore it any longer. And when you reach this point of no return-- it's scary, overwhelming and expensive! 👄Your #body is talking to you. Are you listening?👂🏻Don't wait until it's screaming for you to pay attention. 👀Don't you see it?! Exhaustion, mood instability, cravings, feeling run down--these are the warning signs to deeper rooted issues.
