Doing your devotions daily is SO important.
Being in prayer daily is a must.
Taking care of your health, physically and mentally is vital in being able to care for everyone else!
I know how hard it is to stay accountable, or even muster up enough motivation to start in the first place!
You don’t need to spend hours a day working out!
You certainly should not be starving yourself to lose weight and be healthy!
