So true on so many levels! Today I chose to actively recover! I know there is a feeling of helplessness and handicap with injury buuut your body wants to move! It wants to be free of chains! And not just your body... Your mind and soul! I was extremely grateful for the accessibility to stream a yoga regime of my voice today!

Holy canoli! 6 children with very different needs happening under this roof! Bedtime quite literally took 2.5 hours! 😨😰 But I can honestly say I'm grateful for each of those Lil angels! .
They are all doing their best with the first week of school mixed with either sharing their mom or being with auntie all week! It's not an easy task at hand but we are all doing our best!
I'm super grateful I have positivity and health on my side right now or else this post would probably be VERY different! 😂😂 I just got a lot of mind set growth happening and ain't nobody pulling this POSITIVITY train down! 😉😙😙🙆
