Good morning!! It is so important for new mom to eat healthy especially if we are breastfeeding, and trying to loose the baby weight at the same time. it isn't easy, but think about, how are you going to teach your babies to eat healthy if you are not eating healthy? how you want them to like veggies if you don't eat them?. If you are reading this is because somehow you want to eat better and have a healthy lifestyle no only for you but for your family too. Start making small changes on your habits and little by little you will get where you want to be. If I can do it, so can you.

So you know those days where you don’t feel like cooking a big five course meal? But you still want to eat healthy? My “go-to” is either eggs or this combo right here. I know it may look a little strange, but the avocada/sweet potato combo is delicious! For the topping I take one avocada and mash it up with some EVOO, some fresh lemon or lime juice (whatever I have in my fruit bowl) and top it with some black pepper. I usually pair it with a salad and I got myself a yummy meal filled with a ton of vitamins and nutrients. For added nutrients I also eat the skin of the potato. Enjoy
