Not so instant Instagram. Taken a couple of weeks ago in a show of solidarity for decaf lovers. I miss yoga but have been meditating like a mo fo 🙊🧘🏽♀️Well I started this morning again so that still counts, right? Ten minutes .... although it’s not a competition. I do know what a difference it makes to my mental health and I specially need to get back into it right now. What about you? Do you have a regular meditation practice?
