Chocolate beer bread again. More cocoa, more freshly milled whole wheat flour. Was hoping for a chocolate cherry flavor combo, but the cherry from Bell's cherry stout kinda got lost. The chocolate flavor is good, so I'm happy, even though once of my housemates finds it too bitter.

Tortilla bread. Working on my flour ratios and almost nailed it with this loaf. Freshly milled cornmeal, rice flour and white wheat. A little flaxseed meal was thrown in also. The sweetness from the fresh cornmeal and being able to play with the coarseness of the corn takes this version to a whole new level. So I found out today that's it is apparently #nationalpepperonipizzaday right now. Good thing I was actually planning on making #pizza.

So the #pepperoni is hand cut and from @vtsmoke and is just some absolutely awesome pepperoni and as you can see has that curl and crispy edges and tastes amazing.

The crust is #sourdough and fermented for four days. 1/3 of the flour was fresh #mockmill spelt flour and the other 2/3 is caputo 00 red and hydrated to 75%. It is really really good. I used @vvsupremo queso chihuahua for both pizzas and microplaned parmigiano reggiano on top of both after they were done.

The second pizza is cherry #heirloomtomatoes from a local farm and I put some chiffonade basil on after this picture was taken.
