I received some serious goodies in the mail this week and have been making my way through various levels of caffeine highs so I don’t miss that sweet spot that happens a few days after roast. If anyone wants to come by for a coffee cupping, let me know!
One of my favorites so far out of this bunch from @SmalltownCoffeeCo in Highland, Indiana is...you probably guessed it...a NATURAL Ethiopian. It’s a full-bodied, super jammy coffee with very distinct graham cracker and mixed berry notes. Grown at a high altitude of 1900-2200 meters above sea level and sun-dried, it is produced by the Rada Coffee Plantation in the Oromia region of Ethiopia. If you’re interested in trying this coffee or any of Smalltown’s other delicious offerings, raise your hand! 🙋🏻♀️🙋🏻♂️
