Just some front squats from this mornings session.
Not done these in a long time, and now every squat session will either be front or back squats. Working weight here is 80KG which to be honest is pretty poor in my eyes.
Forever making progress on the weights though. My bench has went up 5KG, my deadlift went up 10KG and my back squat went up 5KG in the space of 5 weeks. 😁💪🏼
