1 scoop of protein💪
Drop of milk if necessary✔
Optional - vanilla extract, Greek yogurt, cinnamon, fruits as toppings
Step 1 - mash a banana in a mug with a fork, add egg, beat the egg well, add a scoop of protein and a dash of cinnamon
Step 2 - place in a microwave for 1 minute 45 seconds and check if the mixture is firm or liquid. If it's too liquid, microwave again for about 15-20 seconds until firm, place on a plate, optionally top with more fruit or Greek yogurt and enjoy
