Not the best quality pictures but I want to show what the @power_up_wedge can do right away. It’s hard to show it sometimes in videos. I have never really been a hitting aid guy but this works. The bottom picture is before we got the wedge. You can see weight is still on his backside. He is on the ball of his back foot and has a slightly more lean back than he should at this point in the swing. Now the top picture at the same frame in the swing with the power up wedge. He has shifted all his weight off his backside and through the ball. He is up on his back toe and not leaning back. The power up wedge does work. We are looking forward to using it more during our sessions and viewing the results.
At one time the most hated man in Boston. Alex Rodriguez will be your new color analyst for the ESPN Sunday Night Baseball broadcast replacing Aaron Boone who took on his new role as the New York Yankees manager.
