My Cheese Plate Submission.
Cultured nut cheese, one flavoured as a smokey Cheddar, the other a spicy jalapeño with lemon. The Cheddar I allowed to harden and form a rind, the jalapeño cheese I kept soft and mouldable, to create two different textures on the plate. The crackers are a cracked black pepper & Chia cracker. (In the last photo there is also the raw garlic & herb crackers I made, as well as the simple raw bread). The rest of the plate is a mix of sweet, salty, savoury, crunchy.
In other news, I impatiently await the results of my final assignment menu / plate submissions. 🤞🏻
