Day 1 of Path to Progress is in the📚. This morning I got up at 5 but I just couldn't wake up even with ☕. So I rested a while longer before I had to get up. Our long trip🛣 this weekend has me tired, starved for self care, bloated🤢, foggy😖, and just blah😭. This workout helped get those endorphins flowing and put me in a better mood. After sitting most of the weekend it felt good to move my muscles. I indulged and lived 🍕🥞🍔🍪🍩🍫over the weekend and don't regret a minute of it. Time to get back in the swing of things. That's how you reach your goals. Get back up and start again!
