Guest Chef Ngaranmi Kasomwoshi, has curated a rotating menu from the land of the ‘seven sisters’; i.e. the states of Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland, Mizoram, Meghalaya, Tripura, Manipur.
There are a few of these dishes within their multi cuisine buffet, as well as an A La Carte menu and set menu s well.
The Kelli Channa, Egg cutlet, pulao, chicken curry and the dessert were my top favourites.
Here's what we had:
Chi al meh Soup, which is a simple noodles and mushroom broth.
Salad Khleh Leh: Mixed Lettuce and Cababge Salad. Super healthy.
Kelli Chena: Chick pea onion tomato and Manipur local spices.
eed a drink with this ya.
Egg Shoap: Egg and Potato Cutlet.
Chaam haan: Steamed Vegetables. Too bland for me.
Arsa beipenek: Country chicken with bamboo shoots. Favourite.
Masoor tenga: Tangy fish curry.
Cha angouba: Rice Pulao with vegetables and local herbs. So simple yet sooo good.
Koat Pitha: These Fried banana fritters reminds of similar dish from Kerala. This was so yummy that I requested for another round.
