#tranformationtuesday this road is not an easy one to take. It's a lot of hard work, dedication, and consistency. It is literally blood, sweat, and tears. In the end it is so worth your effort. You are your only obstacle. You alone have to decide you are worth it. When I started my journey this is not where I saw myself in less than a year. I was looking for thin. That changed when I started lifting. I found out that I didn't want people to look at me and say oh you're so skinny. I wanted them to look and say holy shit she's built. My journey is still a work in progress, but I'm going to enjoy seeing how far I've come. I wouldn't be where I am if it wasn't for #bodybuildingcom@bodybuilding_ginger and my awesome support system at #missionpossiblepat.
I know I have been spotty lately in my posts. I’m still working out still going strong. I just can’t find the time to post. But I’m going to post more. I finally got my camera back so hopefully I have time this weekend to make something for you guys! - So today was Chest and triceps. I did reps till failure I just didn’t keep count so I don’t know what I got really. I decided I’m going to try and not count reps just go till I can’t lift anymore. Except bench press. I’ll count those. - What is your favorite protein powder? I’m looking for something new!
Today Tai talked about the ability to rein true to you and only. Reading to please 18% of the people you see-- this means in a social setting, for business, to make new friends, etc. so out of 100 people in the room make it a point to only try to find those 18 that align with you .. and show them your "messy message" is..

My husband actually got yelled at when he asked if I wanted to join with him, as I didn't feel ready. I decided to give it my all after I saw my before pictures. I got my diet under control, started to understand nutrition and started waking. I wanted this to be a lifestyle change that I could stick with. I'm now doing his Muscle Building 12 Week Trainer and loving the new challenge. I'm now at my goal weight of 135 lbs and in the best shape of my life. I wouldn't be where I am today if it wasn't for Bodybuilding.com challenges and the All-Access workout plans. If I could give someone staring their journey advice it would be to trust the process and put in the work every day. Results do not happen over night. I'd also reccomend finding a support group! Happy Father’s Day to all the Dad’s out there. I’m far away from my father but I wish My father a happy Father’s Day. Because I’m away from him I ended up doing leg and shoulders today. Also I didn’t have my hoodie on cause I live in Florida and it’s hot as hell!
