I had two #thanksgiving this past weekend and LOOK! I did not gain ten billion pounds nor did I throw my hard work away!
I want to remind you with this great American holiday this week that YOU WRE WORTHY OF DEVOURING WHAT YOUR SOUL CRAVES!
One day, two days or even three days of eating glorious food prepared by and with those you love will NOT turn you into a horrible, unworthy, shitty fucking human being. You will not get back to the gym and have to "start over" - you are living RIGHT NOW! You will simply be continuing kicking ass, getting what you want and being a rad as hell human to others.
Some people don't understand either end of the spectrum. In my past I worried about over/mindless eating and then I worried about being rude and disrespectful of not eating enough - and that is a horrible place to be. Listen to me when I say this - you will be ok if you choose to eat an extra slice of pie 🤗💙 #basicalliefit
