I love wearing my backless outfits from time to time-so lets just work on having it intact and sexy.
I have only shown a few back exercises in this video will record more....😫 .
1️⃣wide grip lat pull downs. I tend to do a pyramid set..e.g 12,10,8,6/4 lightest weight at 12 and heaviest at 4. Beginners ease into it and work at a challenging enough weight and complete three sets at that weight. E.g 3 sets of 12 at 20kg
2️⃣Rack pulls-work your lower back-personally I prefer the deadlift! Still getting my head around the rack pulls there is an easier version-if you do NOT prefer the weights. On the floor back extension.
3️⃣straight arm lat pull downs. Complete 3 sets of 13 at your working weight. I love to control the movement in my last set. I.e pull the bar down and release on a 3 second count, great for strengthening lats for that pull up!
4️⃣ Face pulls-you can do this standing or kneeling. I prefer kneeling I feel like I target the upper back muscles better this way. .
Try these 4 exercises on your back day. Ladies don't be afraid to work your back muscles! Get them strong and get them tight!
