Training! Love it... some @SFCF@coachtuller warmup drills which are always a pleasure to witness. @fubarbell technique work that was meh and day 4 of week 2 squat cycle that boy am I glad is over! Can't wait for Monday to do it all over again!
Weightlifting is not all glitz and glam. It's missed lifts. It's getting knocked on your ass and then putting another kilo on the bar. A lot of blood sweat and tears are put into training for 6 lifts.
