Okay, so I read a book almost a year ago probably called Miracle Morning by Hal Elrod. It changed my life, and is the reason why I wake up 30 minutes earlier for some solid me time everyday. .
I was fortunate enough through my coaching biz to be invited to a live webcast with Hal himself, and learn more about what inspired his own personal Miracle Morning. Through that, and the combination of my Mindfullness PD on Friday, I have decided to put the full on Miracle Morning into practice in my life! .
What does that mean? Well, I honestly think you should read the book!! But for this morning it looked like a 5 minute guided meditation, 10 minute morning yoga, re-visiting my goals, writing down what I am grateful for, and reading some personal development. 💛
