Here’s to some Friday fizz! With temperatures set to soar over the weekend, why not kick things off with a hydration boost. Our bodies are approx 60% water so we should be aiming for at least 1.5 litres of water a day and more in the heat. Spruce up a glass of water by going for sparkling and adding some fresh mint and lime. This is my go-to drink while pregnant and really feels like a “real” drink 😆 Bottoms up!
