I usually post my workout photo or my photo of the shale that I LOVE to drink, but today I really wanted to most about water!! There was a time that I would NOT even think about drinking it!! I had my mind convinced of so many reasons not to drink it 🤷♀️.. Today however I push myself to get all the water I need!! Not only is it beneficial for weight loss but it helps all the organs in your body but it also keeps your skin looking beautiful!! We should be drinking at l was at half of our body weight in water daily!! Yes daily!! Water first veggie most!! What are you waiting for?? You need some support!!
