Made with #kodiakcakes protein pancakes mix, add spinach, topped with some peanut butter, bananas, and smuckers sugar free low calorie syrup.

You can't even taste the spinach, what a great way to sneak in some greens😎

Makes 12 cookies 🍪
1 cup shredded coconut
1 scoop salted caramel protein
1 egg white
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup coconut oil
1t vanilla extract
Mix all ingredients for into lil balls 🏀 place on a greased pan in the oven at 350 for 15 mins or until golden. Then try your best not to eat all of them lol 😂 #bpisports #bpination #bpiathlete #bpirecipes #healthycookies #healthycooking

Might not look that appetizing, but it was delish. My take on @mindovermunch 's red lentil stew. I added spinach to mine, used veggie stock instead of water, lots of spices and CRPF, and topped it with parm, bacon, and green onion. SO good, I just ate my last serving, had it all week for lunch and I have plenty in the freezer 👍

Just realized I forgot to post yesterday....what a fab day. Frozen breakfast bowl, meal prepped chicken lunch and my snacks were pb crackers with coffee and mango with water...for dessert I had a clean chocolate and banana muffin with milk. I got the recipe from "mind over much" on youtube and so far all recipes are phenomenal.
