We often associate a struggle with being bad. But what if we began to see our struggles as a challenge to better us? To look forward to a struggle because it’ll change us. Make us a better person?
This certainly is not easy. Honestly, to get into a mindset of gratitude is extremely difficult especially when there is a struggle already.
But it CAN be done. You just have to catch your thoughts, reword them, and act on them. Then the struggle becomes something that you can handle, solve and be successful at.
