food shaming 🚫 something I see so often on here. a little reminder that just like selfies or any photo we see.. we don't know the full story.
we don't know every detail about someones life behind these little squares 🤔 strengths & struggles.. family, friends & career life.. mental, emotional & physical health.
if you have nothing constructive & genuinely helpful to say to someone, move along ✋ save your time & don't bring others down. be mindful of what you say, respect people & just take into consideration we're all trying to find what works for us as individuals in this crazy world of food, health & fitness.
you're intention may feel like it comes from a good place but let's bring back a good ol' saying.. "think before you speak" ❤ in this case, type. ask yourself if what you're about to tell someone is motivating, useful & supportive.
