Good luck, I've tried it, and didn't really work out. I don't know any highly successful and fulfilled folks who have. If you achieved it on your own, let me know! There is strength in asking for help. It took me years to learn

1st minute of a 6 minute flow to warm up my body. food shaming 🚫 something I see so often on here. a little reminder that just like selfies or any photo we see.. we don't know the full story.

we don't know every detail about someones life behind these little squares 🤔 strengths & struggles.. family, friends & career life.. mental, emotional & physical health.

if you have nothing constructive & genuinely helpful to say to someone, move along ✋ save your time & don't bring others down. be mindful of what you say, respect people & just take into consideration we're all trying to find what works for us as individuals in this crazy world of food, health & fitness.

you're intention may feel like it comes from a good place but let's bring back a good ol' saying.. "think before you speak" ❤ in this case, type. ask yourself if what you're about to tell someone is motivating, useful & supportive.

🔹Thoughts 💭 and T I P S ✔️:
The same move can be done facing the straps (you might know it as Chest Expansion). But this version is a nice change and a great way to break down the mechanics. 🔹With hands on hips we can feel what is happening in the pelvis and also take stock of the core🤔.. are we lifting the core in and up or pushing out when rising for example? 😯🔹I often see when facing the straps, a disengagement of the abdominals.. yet if we do that we'll lurch forward ! Oops! 🙊🔹Here hands on hips with spring load brings more awareness to muscle chain connections 👌🏼🔝
🔹This is also a great one for opening and stretching tight hamstrings AND the whole front chain of the body, heart and chest and pecs !! (any runners 🏃in the house?! Or travelers ✈️or desk workers💻?!) 👌🏼✨🙌🏼

💕let's talk food moralising and legalising

🙌🏻The most engrained diet mind habit women believe is that there is 'good' and 'bad' food. Well I'm here to kick that out of the water!
.
👊🏼When you give food certain moral values, you are in fact basing your worthiness and success on wether you are good enough or if you failed and ate badly that day. Why would you want to think so negatively about foods you are highly likely to eat in your life time? Why do you want to make eating an amazing brownie so damn gooey, a bad experience? Why should anyone keep shaming themselves for eating so called 'bad' food?

💁🏼I was there, deeply engrained beliefs of 'clean eating' and if I ate anything 'bad' I was a bad person, I'd have a crap day and more than likely think I needed to exercise to counteract the food.
.
👉🏻I whole heartedly live by the saying "you can eat all the kale in the world but if your still obsessing about that pizza last night, then that is not healthy" (or similar to that effect) It's not simply what we eat, it's the motions that go with it. It's what we think and feel that creates the health in our bodies. If you feel stress, guilt and fear eating 'bad' food, then that I exactly what you are attracting your body to be.

💕To feel free around food you have to legalise it. You have to release the diet beliefs you have thought for so many years that it's habituated in your brain!
