I forgot to share breakfast which was an egg white omelet with tomatoes and spinach... And a small piece of salmon, now lunch is delish... Coconut oil drizzled chicken over lettuce.
Instead of salad dressing we melt coconut oil and put a splash of salt and pepper and pour it over the chicken... OMG sooo good and sooo healthy! Yum...
