Can anyone relate to this? 🙋🏻. I can easily be thrown off my thoughts and what I plan to say due to my surroundings. I take in everything around me such as noises, people and energy. I then end up with so much in my head that I can't process!

So apparently I'm still 'normal', ie, it is not a mental illness. Some people are more 'open' than others. Whilst others filter everything out easily. The reason I mention this is because some of us, like me, have a tendency to think something is wrong with us. But so what, let the person wait until you process your thoughts and feelings.
.
Don't be so quick to negatively judge yourself or let others judge you. My way and your way can both be right.
.
And thank you for your patience for those times we sat in silence whilst I was processing thoughts 🙏.

It was Kundalini day at Balance yesterday (Wednesday), I did 2 practices one at 1pm and the other at 7pm.
.
Each practice is a stand-alone session, so different but always leaving me feeling so connected to me. I left with the usual sense of tingling energy running through my body, a state of peace, contentment, grounded and a wonderful sense of coming back to me.
