When life bocomes very stressful,it is too easy to feel overwhelmed by the many different events happening around you .. Confusion, indecision and frustration arise , and the mind seems full to bursting .. Meditation alone is very helpful in creating some inner mental space, but meditation with mind-clearing essential oils is even more effective .. This meditation helps you let go of racing,confused thoughts and find some tranquillity and inner peace. Choosing essential oils that are stimulating ,clarifying and crephalic will assist you in sorting out your thoughts,helping you to prioritise them according to importance and to let go of extraneous thoughts . Include a calming essential oil as well, such as lavender.
How to do the meditation .. Float your chosed blend of essential oils on the water of your burner and light a candle .. Sit comfortably in your usual meditation posture .. Watch your breath in calm meditation for few minutes and become aware of the effect of the essential oils you are vaporizing .. As you watch your breath become conscious of many different thoughts as they arise in your mind and are replaced by other thoughts .. Try not to get caught up in any of them simply observe them as transient thoughts and let them go .. Once your mind has calmed start assessing each thought as it arises .. Question whether it will lead towards a beneficial outcome or whether it is cluttering your mind.. Let go immediately of any thought that is not of benefit to you at this time .. Breathe deeply and be aware of the stimulating clarifying effect of the essential oils ..
