The silly season is upon us and we all know how hectic everything can get 🎉💥🍸Christmas, end of year celebrations, holidays etc. Before you know it things start to slip. Just like our lack of posts over the last couple of weeks. One thing we won't let slip is out diet!! We know how important consistency is but we also know how important it is to LIVE your life. So enjoy this time of year stay true to your goals while indulging in MODERATION. We are so excited to start 2017 with a bang and have been super busy getting More2mince ready to launch. So on that note brb .... we promise to return VERY soon 💪🏽

In a time urgent world we are all chasing convenience! We simply do not have enough time in a day and why waste It preparing food ?? I get 30 minutes a day if that to sit down and eat my lunch. I need convenience in my life other wise I will grab whatever I can get my hands on 'bread , cereals, pap, sugar and processed food' In order to avoid defaulting to these foods, it is essential to plan ahead so let more2mince give you some quality time back and plan/weigh/cook for you! Bringing convenience to your doorstep 💪🏽🤗

Yep it's true they’re one of the most functional pieces of equipment for high-intensity training and hardcore conditioning. They definitely woke up my body this morning and set me up perfectly to tackle whatever today brings 💪🏽

Thing is, that thought, craving, desire will pass you just need to have the strength to get through it and remember the reason you started in the first place.
