Mince Pie Fridge Cake

Makes 16 squares
150g dark chocolate
150g milk chocolate
4 mince pies
Zest from one orange
50g blanched almonds, roughly chopped
Icing sugar, to dust
Grease and line a 20x20 baking tin. Melt the chocolates together and spread half onto the bottom of the baking tin. Put in the freezer to chill for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile roughly chop the mince pies and add to the remaining chocolate, along with the almonds and orange zest. Press this mix into the tin and leave to chill until set.
Cut into squares.
