First picture is me not flexing at all and second on is alittle flexing😆😉 Here’s some of the weeks workout; what I could record. Mind you this is not everything I do, but if this is all the time you have for, that’s good too. Repeat these exercise 3 to 4 times each. All you really need is 30 resourceful minutes to get a great workout. And when you do your planks, make sure you butt is arch up and your body is lower, breath in and out thru your stomach. Make sure your stomach is tight in all these work outs. To make the first workout a challenge, you can pick the bosu ball up and jump with it instead of jumping alone 😆 I finished this session with a speed run on a incline of 5 and a speed of 8; I run for 30 seconds and rest for 30secs. I repeat this 4 to 6 times depending on my energy. So this is my first time posting workout videos. I am not a professional, just sharing some of my regiments because I get a lot of questions from mommies like me that are looking to be fit or weight loss.This is some of the workouts I did today. Each of these is repeated 3 times, there was a warm up exercise and an explosion exercise I do towards the end. Tip: always keep your core tight when doing any of these exercises. And always feel free to adjust your body angle to your own comfort level.

I did workouts I haven’t done in forever! I dead lifted with some dumbbell dead’s instead of using a regular bar with plates. I bent down further (because I’m short as crap and the bar usually hits my knees 😂), did them straight legged, and upped my weight in the squat rack! Take a step back, look at the progress you’ve made so far, look at your workouts and what you can improve, and go back at it full force.
I get frustrated because as I’ve gotten older and further away from where I was at 20/21 I realize that I’ve had a child, finished school and have a life as that requires me to not always eat perfect and sometimes I have to skip the gym.
