Check in with coach @mikes_team and all is on track. Some minor adjustments to diet, cals still high. My energy levels are still good, lifts are relatively strong and enjoying the process once again. 9 weeks out now till @anb_act show. Current weight is 70.4kg and 9.5%. Week 3 of my lean bulk. Weighned in today at 65.5 kgs and still hovering at 7.9 percent bodyfat. Keeping at 3000 calories with resistance training 5 days a week and steady state fasted cardio most mornings for 15 min to try and keep excess body fat gains under control. Fitting in rehab work most days and keeping chest exercises to a bare minimum for another few weeks

RESULTS:
β€’ 1st of May, 2017 ➑️ 20th of July, 2017
β€’ 65kgs ⬇️ 59.3kgs = 5.7kgs loss
β€’ 25.2% body fat ⬇️ 17.3% body fat = 7.9% loss

β€’ Calories have decreased from 1,570 to 1,313.
β€’ Currently on strict diet x 6 days a week (1 day at 100% Carbs and 5 days at 50% Carbs) and 1 x flexible day.
β€’ 5 x weights sessions per week, 2 x 13 minute HIIT sessions and 5 x cardio days at 470 calories per session.
β€’ Continuing with my supplements also - being a Fat Burner, Pre-Workout, L-Carnitine, BCAA's and Protein Shakes. πŸ™ŒπŸΎ

Training has been awesome (except the cardio, sometimes πŸ˜’) πŸ˜‚.
My diet has been the biggest challenge - eating the same thing almost every day is quite difficult. But then my flexible day comes along and I feel better. It's all part of the experience, I'm guessing. πŸ˜‚
Besides that, I feel great - I love that I don't get so bloated.
I'm looking forward to seeing more changes in the coming 9 weeks.
My game is definitely lifting now due to unforeseen circumstances! πŸ˜œπŸ™πŸΎπŸ™ŒπŸΎ

What defines us is who we choose to be in these tough times. My escape these days is training. This is I doing 50kg flat dumbel presses, my 10th working set. It's been months since I even tried to do this due to my break from training. The fire in me burns so feircly that I will always want to exceed my goals and expectations because I choose to and it's in my control. No one will ever hold me down and I will rise and rise and define myself, chase my own happiness and carve my own path in the near future of what I choose to be.
