My lumbar spine has still been giving me issues so for my leg workout I decided to work with a band to hit my legs.
Sumo side squat x5 each side
Normal squat x10
Standing side leg raise x10 each side
I did this for 6 sets with a 30 second break.
This exercise can be done pretty much anywhere, it doesnt take much time but it really gets the legs burning.
