Mr. O’Connell’s 6th grade PE class has been presenting and learning to play games/sports/activities from countries of their own ethnic backgrounds which they researched in their science genealogy projects. International Alum Guest Speaker Atsuko Holiday ‘08 came back to school today to share about her own experience being an international student at #midpacific. She shared with the ELD class, “Mid-Pacific changed my life and it helped me become the person I am today. You have to believe in yourself and be confident to speak English.”
