Intermittent fasting burns body fat correct? WRONG 👊
Being in a calorie deficit burns body fat. However the reality is that the majority of us will need to reduce calories to a point where “staying full” is a problem simply due to the food volume. In my opinion intermittent fasting is the best way of solving this problem. I use it with all my clients I use it with myself ✔️
If we keep ourselves “full” we are much more likely not to binge or stray from our diet. This is where the implementation of IF comes in 👊
However do not for a second think anything other than (being in a calorie deficit) burns body fat. Or you are all deluded.
