GOOD MORNING ANGELS! I hate how I don't post in a couple of days and lose like 20 followers. I also dislike all of this automated/fake account followers 🙁this is a bit of a 'meh' post because I'm currently hungover, I got in a few hours ago and now I'm in work 🙈so these pics were taken last night, I suppose I don't know how to feel rn, I'm used to a flatter stomach and this and that, yada yada, I could go on. There is exactly one month between these pictures. There is exactly 1 pound difference between these two picture. There is a whole nother mf mind set in these two pictures. I am more determined in my life than ever. This prep is going amazing, and i still have 8 weeks. Alot of people think you have to lose a shot ton of weight on prep, in some cases this is true, but i see a HUGE difference in these two pictures with barley any weight change. Do not let the scale dictate your goals and eating. I am beyond happy to be working with @nk_athletics on this prep. The result are insane and this is the beginning. It was near impossible for me to track my food at the wedding and church dinner. And Friday night was my cheat meal at Victory Grill. But I did pay attention to what I was eating and how much. I left before cake at the wedding and got in plenty of dancing. And the concert I went to last night had a small, crowded, hot venue so I was definitely sweating. And my friend parked far away and we walked up this steep hill to get to the concert. (Really glad I've been doing incline on the treadmill everyday 😂 because 2 weeks ago I don't know if I would have made it😂) glad I didn't gain anything this weekend🙌🏼

Took a break this weekend to plan, cook for, and throw my amazing husband surprise birthday party! Had a blast.. but ate way to many unhealthy fried and sugar foods.. and I am paying for it today! Had heartburn most of the night and have felt bloated and sick most of the day! Breakfast was this flavored water cause the thought of food (or even coffee!) made me feel queasy! Finally got something on my stomach around 1:00.. had a small chicken burrito and am feeling a little better!
