🙅🏽 Why I've stopped tracking macros? 🙅🏽
For the past 5-6 months, religiously I have been tracking what I eat.. at first I thought it was great, but gradually all I've realised is that it's actually become very sad how much I rely on the app. I was focusing and obsessing over grams of fat, carbs, sugar etc. And I realised that, that obsession isn't healthy at all.
I've gone back to eating normally, or as some may call it eating 'intuitively'. Eating what I want when I feel like it - obviously within reason. However with the festive season approaching, I've spent enough Christmas's of my life being worried about the amount of food consumed over the festive period and decided I want to enjoy it this year. Life's to short! 💃🏼
