🙅🏽 Why I've stopped tracking macros? 🙅🏽
For the past 5-6 months, religiously I have been tracking what I eat.. at first I thought it was great, but gradually all I've realised is that it's actually become very sad how much I rely on the app. I was focusing and obsessing over grams of fat, carbs, sugar etc. And I realised that, that obsession isn't healthy at all.

I've gone back to eating normally, or as some may call it eating 'intuitively'. Eating what I want when I feel like it - obviously within reason. However with the festive season approaching, I've spent enough Christmas's of my life being worried about the amount of food consumed over the festive period and decided I want to enjoy it this year. Life's to short! 💃🏼

It’s SUNDAY! I know for a lot of you that means meal prep 👩🏼‍🍳 ..& one of the most (if not THE most) asked question on my channel is “how do I create a recipe for something that makes more than one serving and get the proper macros for each!?” ⬆️ PRESS PLAY!
1. Create your recipe as normal in MFP, and set the “serving amount” to ONE.
2. Once you’ve made the entire recipe, weigh out all servings in grams.
3. Go back into MFP & change the serving size from “one” to whatever the final gram amount is of your recipe.
4. When you want to eat a serving, you now just have to weigh out the serving that you want, and then as you log it, your “serving” would be what you weighed out.

#transformationtuesday When I started @slimmingworld to now!! I am absolutely loving my lifestyle of calorie counting and exercising for me the two go great!! Although I will never discourage @slimmingworld as I love it and it got me my losses each week!! My mind set is different now and I this way works well for me now. The scales don't make me panic, I know if I am at the gym and try new stuff I'll prob weigh more but that's what happens!! I am glad I had a change up as I am feeling the best I have ever felt!! Уже совсем немного осталось до моего боя в рамках турнира RoadFC @roadfc с корейцем Кимом( мне кажется 80% корейцев так зовут😅). Сейчас самый тяжелый этап- весогонка ! На сегодняшний день мой вес перевалил за отметку в 80 кг😱😱😱 Молочные коктейли, гамбургеры и прочая дрянь - делают своё дело😅 . Dinner was my lemon Parmesan crumbed chicken 😘 The crumb is just breadcrumbs (using thick toastie bread this time, but I just use anything I have in), grated parmesan cheese, lemon zest, parsley, olive oil, and salt/pepper to taste. This is just baked in the oven and then served up with crushed Welsh new potatoes and my fave greens😻😘
