🍜Ingredients🍜
👉Leeks, cleaned and chopped( I used 2)
👉3 lbs beef stew meat
👉4 medium potatoes, cubed
👉2 cups tomato sauce
👉3 cups water or chicken broth
👉paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper to taste
👉tbsp olive oil
📝Directions📝
👉heat up oil in a large pot, season beef & sautee until browned 👉add leeks, potatoes, water or broth, some more seasoning(optional) & tomato sauce
👉reduce heat to low and cover. Simmer for about 2 hours. ---------

👉1/2 cup Panko
👉1/4 cup diced onion
👉1 tbsp mayo
👉1 egg

👉in a large bowl mix all ingredients together
👉spray pan 👉form 3-4 Patties and cook on medium high heat for about 10 minutes each side.

If you are an athlete, sticking to a conventional deadlift would be beneficial since it will translate to your power clean 🏋️‍♀️. But that doesn’t mean sumo can’t be added as a hamstring/glute exercise.

👉season 2 round cut slices of chicken breast with @flavorgod garlic lovers seasoning & everything seasoning spicy, smoked paprika
👉grill for 8 minutes 👉place one of the chicken slices on the bottom part of a whole wheat bun and toast with a slice of low fat cheddar cheese on top
👉remove from toaster oven & top with second slice of chicken, fried onions, lettuce, tomatoes, avocados!

Recipe yields 2 servings
🍤Ingredients🍤
👉1 cup shrimp
👉1/4 cup corn
👉2 shishito peppers, chopped
👉1/4 red pepper, diced
👉2 tbsp chopped cilantro
👉1 tsp minced garlic
👉2 tbsp diced onion
👉2 6 oz black Angus beef steaks
👉@flavorgod garlic lovers seasoning & a dash of Himalayan pink salt
👉black pepper to taste
👉1 cup cooked couscous
📝Directions 📝
👉season shrimp with @flavorgod Cajun seasoning and set aside
👉heat up 2 tbsp olive oil in a large pan and Sautee minced garlic, onion, shishito peppers, red bell pepper for a few minutes until a bit tender
👉move to one side of the pan
👉add shrimp and sauteé for added couple of minutes, mix with veggies and sauteé for another minute. Add corn and couscous, Sautee for 1 more minute. Mix in cilantro, Remove and set aside. 👉heat up 2 tbsp olive oil & sear steak on each side for a few minutes (depending on thickness of steak and how you like it done)

🍗1 chicken breast sliced in half
🍗1 egg
🍗1/4 cup of whole wheat flour
🍗1/2 tbsp hot sauce

🍗3 tbsp olive oil

📝heat up olive oil in a non stick skillet
📝season flour with @flavorgod garlic lovers & everything seasoning, set aside
📝beat egg with hot sauce and set aside
📝take the two chicken breast filets dip them in the egg mixture & then in the flour mix. Shake off excess flour & place in the skillet
📝fry on each side for about 5 or 6 minutes, depending on how thick the slices are.

👉A handful of Shishito Peppers

👉Melt Ghee on a nonstick pan. Season the F.M with salt & pepper & sear it for 4-5 minutes each side (depending on how well done you want it.)
👉Grab a deep pan or pot to Sautee the Shishito peppers.
👉Spray the pan & add 1 tbsp olive oil. Sautee the peppers for about 10-12 minutes. Season with salt, pepper & lemon Juice.

Langostino & Shrimp Stir-Fry.
🍤Ingredients🍤
🍤1 cup Langostino Lobster Tails
🍤1 cup shrimp
🍤1 cup diced bell peppers
🍤1/2 cup chopped onions
🍤2 cups cooked organic rice
🍤2 tbsp olive oil
🍤2 tbsp lemon juice
🍤1 tsp minced garlic
🍤Salt & pepper to taste
📄Directions📄
👉Spray pan/pot & heat on medium high heat
👉Add onions & bell peppers. Sautee for 5 minutes or until tender. Remove & set aside.
👉Add Shrimp & Lobster tails. Sautee for a couple of minutes until pink
👉Add rice, olive oil, lemon juice, salt & pepper
👉Stir well for about a minute
👉Enjoy!

Lemon-basil-rosemary skinless chicken leg quarter with a braised veggie medley.(Recipe makes 2)
👉in large ziploc bag add 2 chicken leg quarters, 2 tbsp of vinegar, 2 tbsp lemon juice, @flavorgod lemon & garlic seasoning, 1 tbsp chopped basil & 1 sprig of rosemary
👉marinade chicken for an hour
👉bake chicken for 1 hour at 400 degrees, (longer if you want it crispier)
👉in a small pot add 2 tbsp of olive oil, 1 cup of diced onion, fry for few minutes until browned, add 1 cup of cubed red potatoes, 1 cup of mixed veggies & 2 cups of Brussel sprouts. Stir and cook for a few minutes
👉add 2 cups of organic low sodium chicken broth, @flavorgod everything seasoning spicy, 1 tbsp cayenne pepper, and 4 tbsp tomato sauce
👉stir well, cover pot and let simmer for 25 minutes
👉place pot in the oven & broil for 5-6 minutes
👉 serve with chicken

Chocolate Protein Waffles

Recipe yields 2 servings(4 waffles)
🍪Ingredients🍪
👉1 scoop chocolate protein powder
👉3/4 cup oat flour
👉1 tbsp ground flax (optional)
👉1/2 tsp baking powder
👉1 tsp vanilla extract
👉1 cup unsweetened almond milk
👉2 eggwhites
👉1 tsp cocoa powder
👉1 tbsp @flavorgod chocolate doughnut seasoning
👉1/2 tbsp honey
Chocolate Sauce(optional)
👉1/4 avocado
👉1 tbsp @flavorgod chocolate doughnut seasoning
👉1/2 tsp vanilla extract
👉1 tbsp water
👉1/2 tbsp honey
👉mix in food processor
📝Directions📝
👉preheat waffle iron
👉beat eggwhites and set aside
👉mix all ingredients in a small bowl until there are no more lumps
👉add eggwhites and mix well
👉spray waffle iron. Make sure it's all coated so waffles don't stick
👉pour batter and cook for 5-6 minutes(depending on your waffle iron)
Top with banana slices & chocolate sauce. Drizzle with some honey & chocolate doughnut seasoning
