INGREDIENTS
1 banana (small)
1/3 cup raw cashews
1/3 cup water
1 tablespoon pure maple syrup(optional)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract or vanilla flavoured ice cream
Pinch salt
1 cup ice cubes (about 5-6 large cubes)
Sugar ( as needed)

DIRECTIONS 👩🏻‍🍳 Place all ingredients in the high-powered blender ,Blend on low until all ingredients are fairly well incorporated, then blend on high until completely pureed, about 30 seconds. Pour into a glass and serve with topping of cashews

I'm craving these wings😛
A "not so bad" cheat meal.
Recipe yields 2 servings
🍗WINGS🍗
👉preheat oven at 400 degrees
👉clean 2 lbs of whole wings (10pcs)
👉place wings in a bowl
👉add 2 tbsp white vinegar, 1/2 tbsp olive oil, a dash of sea salt, 1 tbsp @flavorgodgarlic lovers seasoning,1 tsp garlic powder & 1 tsp black pepper
👉mix well, make sure wings are well coated
👉place on baking sheet & bake for 45 minutes
🔥WINGS SAUCE🔥
👉in a food processor mix 1/2 cup hot sauce, 1/2 minced scotch bonnet pepper
👉in a small pan melt 4 tsp of @omgheebutter with 2 tsp minced garlic
👉in a bowl mix hot sauce and butter mixture
👉in a big bowl add wings & toss them in the wing sauce, make sure they're well coated
👉place back in the oven for another 6-8 minutes
👉serve with celery, carrots & 2 tbsp of organic chunky blue cheese dressing

👉3/4 cup shredded cheese mix
👉1/2 cup Pico De Gallo
👉2 tbsp sliced olives(optional)

👉Season ground beef with Taco Tuesday seasoning
👉spray pan with cooking spray & sautee the ground beef on high heat until browned
👉preheat oven at 450 deg.
👉place tortilla chips on a large oven safe plate
👉layer with cheese & ground beef
👉place plate in the oven for a few minutes until the cheese is melted
👉remove & top with Pico De Gallo & olives
👉serve with sour cream(totally optional, but commmooonnnn who eats nachos without sour cream?😂)

Jerk Chicken
🍗Ingredients🍗
🍗1 whole chicken
*Spice Mix*
🍗1 tbsp olive oil
🍗1/2 cup soy sauce
🍗1 tsp Himalayan salt
🍗1 tsp thyme
🍗1 tsp nutmeg
🍗1 tbsp allspice
🍗1 tbsp black pepper
🍗1 scotch bonnet pepper, minced
🍗2 garlic cloves, minced
🍗3 scallions, chopped
🍗1 onion, chopped
📝Directions📝
👉blend all ingredients in a food processor
👉place chicken in a large Ziploc bag or bowl & coat it with the jerk seasoning mix
👉marinade overnight(if you don't have time just marinade for a couple of hours
👉preheat oven at 425
👉place chicken in a deep baking dish. Cover with foil & bake for about 90min. Baste every 20 minutes with juices from pan
👉uncover and broil for another 15-20 min.
👉cooking times vary depending on the size of the chicken so just keep checking on It

👉8 oz Filet Mignon
👉2 tbsp of Ghee/butter
👉A handful of Shishito Peppers
👉Salt & Pepper to taste
👉Lemon Juice (1-2 tbsp)
👉1 Tbsp Olive Oil
📄Directions📄
👉Melt Ghee on a nonstick pan. Season the F.M with salt & pepper & sear it for 4-5 minutes each side (depending on how well done you want it.)
👉Grab a deep pan or pot to Sautee the Shishito peppers.
👉Spray the pan & add 1 tbsp olive oil. Sautee the peppers for about 10-12 minutes. Season with salt, pepper & lemon Juice.

👉cook 2 servings of whole wheat spaghetti according to package instructions, along with 1 tbsp @flavorgod garlic lovers seasoning in the water while it's boiling
👉preheat oven at 350 degrees, butterfly 2 lobster tails, season with @flavorgod garlic lovers seasoning, black pepper & garlic powder
👉wrap in foil.. not touching the top of the lobster and bake for 15-18 minutes
👉drain spaghetti & add 1 cup of organic roasted garlic tomato sauce & 2 tbsp @omgheebutter
👉spray pan. Season 8 large shrimp with @flavorgod garlic lovers seasoning & lemon garlic seasoning & black pepper
👉Sautee for a few minutes until pink/orange
👉stir in with spaghetti
👉serve with lobster

👉1 tbsp parsley flakes
👉1/2 tbsp minced garlic
👉1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
👉2 tbsp olive oil
👉1 tsp Himalayan pink salt & 1 tsp black pepper

👉1 tbsp chopped scalion
👉4 cups steamed broccoli

👉preheat oven at 400 degrees
👉in a large bowl add chicken wings, olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Mix well

Grilled chicken burger!
👉preheat grill
👉season 2 round cut slices of chicken breast with @flavorgod garlic lovers seasoning & everything seasoning spicy, smoked paprika
👉grill for 8 minutes
👉place one of the chicken slices on the bottom part of a whole wheat bun and toast with a slice of low fat cheddar cheese on top
👉remove from toaster oven & top with second slice of chicken, fried onions, lettuce, tomatoes, avocados!

Herb & garlic marinated sirloin steak with chimichurri sauce, asparagus & sweet potatoes.

🍖Steak🍖
👉10 oz sirloin steak
👉1/4 cup of fresh thyme, oregano, parsley.
👉1 tsp minced garlic
👉@flavorgod garlic lovers seasoning
👉2 tbsp apple cider vinegar & 1 tbsp olive oil
👉in a ziploc bag mix all ingredients together
👉let marinade over night
👉heat up 1 tbsp of olive oil in a skillet, and cook steak about 6 minutes each side depending on thickness & how well you want it done
🌳Chimichurri Sauce🌳
👉1/4 cup chopped parsley
👉1 tbsp olive oil
👉1 tbsp lemon juice
👉1 tsp minced garlic
👉1/4 tsp crushed red pepper or 1/2 Chile pepper
👉@flavorgod garlic lovers seasoning, a dash of Himalayan sea salt & black pepper
👉mix all ingredients except olive oil in a food processor
👉remove sauce from blender & pour in a small bowl. Mix in olive oil
🍠Sweet potatoes & Asapargus🍠
👉cut up 1 small sweet potato, season with @flavorgod garlic lovers seasoning & black pepper. Microwave for 4 minutes
👉spray pan & Sautee asparagus spears for a few minutes on high heat

Dressing
🐟1/2 tbsp mayo
🐟2 tbsp lemon & lime juice

👉heat grill pan on medium high heat.
👉season salmon with lemon garlic seasoning, spray pan & grill salmon until cooked through(5 mins each side)
👉mix all salad ingredients together & serve with salmon!
